The Hays County Commissioners Court meets most Tuesdays at 9:00 AM at the Hays County Historic Courthouse, 111 E. San Antonio St., San Marcos. Meetings occur roughly biweekly (~25 per year).
Meeting agendas and packets are published on the Destiny portal at public.destinyhosted.com (id=42972) and through OpenTexas meeting pages. Video recordings are available on Swagit at hayscountytx.new.swagit.com.
You can watch live and archived meetings at the county's Swagit page: hayscountytx.new.swagit.com/views/88. The county website also embeds the live stream at hayscountytx.gov/commissioners-court-live-stream.
Public comment is allowed at Commissioners Court meetings. Contact the County Clerk's office at 512-393-7738 or visit hayscountytx.gov for instructions on signing up to speak.
